All Slime RNG worlds — coins per hour at base stats

The table below shows coins per hour for each zone at Rebirth 0 (no multiplier) in both active and AFK modes. Real earnings scale up with every rebirth, use the optimizer above to apply your exact multiplier.

World Coins / kill Base kills / min Active coins/hr (R0) AFK coins/hr (R0) Unlock cost
Meadow 10 12/min 7.2k 3.2k Starter (no unlock)
Forest 50 10.5/min 31.5k 14.2k 2,000 coins
Cavern 250 9/min 135.0k 60.8k 15,000 coins
Tundra 1,500 7.5/min 675.0k 303.8k 100,000 coins
Storm 10,000 5.5/min 3.3M 1.5M 750,000 coins
Void 75,000 4/min 18.0M 8.1M 5,000,000 coins

Coins-per-kill and enemy HP data sourced from the Slime RNG community wiki (slimerng.org) and cross-checked with session reports from the 30-day farming guide. Kill speed is modeled, actual speed varies with slime DPS and server lag. Use the optimizer for per-account estimates.

How the optimizer calculates your coins per hour

The core formula

Every zone in Slime RNG has two fixed numbers: coins per kill and enemy HP. Those two numbers determine your base earn rate. The optimizer chains them together with your account-specific multipliers:

coins/hr = coins_per_kill × kills_per_min × rebirth_multiplier × play_mode_factor × 60

Kill speed is modeled from community session data across all 8 zones. Higher enemy HP zones naturally yield fewer kills per minute, Meadow gets roughly 12 kills per minute, Alien Hive gets roughly 1.5. The play mode factor is 1.0 for active and 0.45 for AFK, based on 14 tracked comparable sessions (same model the coins calculator uses).

How rebirth affects zone efficiency

Each rebirth adds roughly 12% income (compounding), so the multiplier after R rebirths is 1.12^R. That means Rebirth 3 gives about a 1.40× income multiplier, Rebirth 8 gives about 2.48×, and Rebirth 15 gives roughly 5.47×. The key implication: a zone that looks borderline at Rebirth 0 can become the clear winner at Rebirth 5, because the multiplier does not care about enemy HP, it raises coins per kill without changing kill speed. This is why the optimizer asks for your rebirth count before giving a zone recommendation rather than just comparing raw coin-per-kill numbers.

What an HP wall actually means

Players often describe certain zones as "HP walls", Tundra (15,000 HP), Storm (100,000 HP), and Void (750,000 HP) are the three most discussed ones. The wall is not that those zones pay less; the raw coin-per-kill ratios are proportionally higher. The problem is that a low-DPS account cannot clear enemies fast enough to capture that higher rate. A player who kills 7 enemies per minute in Tundra but only 3 per minute in Storm might actually earn fewer coins per hour in Storm despite the 6.7× higher coin-per-kill, because kill speed dropped by more than 6.7×. The optimizer calculates this trade-off directly so you see whether your current account power clears the HP wall efficiently enough to justify the move.

Unlock cost recovery time

Every zone except Meadow requires a coin investment to unlock. The optimizer calculates how long it takes to recover that unlock cost at your current farming rate. If you enter your current coin balance, it also shows how close you are to the unlock threshold and whether a short final grind in your current zone makes sense before jumping. The move recommendation weighs both the unlock window and the post-unlock gain, a zone that pays 300% more per hour but takes 12 hours to unlock is a different decision than one that pays 150% more and you can unlock in 30 minutes.

When to move worlds — the practical rules

Move immediately if the next zone is already unlocked and pays more

If you have already cleared the coin threshold for the next zone, staying in your current zone is losing money every minute. The optimizer flags this as "MOVE NOW", there is no grind window to recover, just an immediate efficiency gain.

Park and grind if the unlock is within 30 minutes to 2 hours

For unlock windows under two hours, staying in your current zone and finishing the grind session is usually the right call. Moving to a slightly worse intermediate zone wastes time on the transition without capturing the full gain. Finish the current session, hit the threshold, then move.

Upgrade first if the unlock is more than 4 hours away

A large unlock gap usually means your current income slimes are the real bottleneck, not your zone choice. Getting a better income slime (check the tier list) or completing a rebirth shortens the unlock window faster than grinding in the same zone. The optimizer shows "STAY and UPGRADE" in this case, it is not pessimism, it is telling you where the real lever is.

The Cavern → Tundra jump is the most misread decision

Community data shows the biggest coin-density spike is Cavern to Tundra, 10× per-kill payout. But Tundra's 15,000 HP enemies slow kill speed significantly. Players with low-DPS slime lineups sometimes earn fewer coins per hour in Tundra than they did in Cavern. If you are seeing this, the optimizer will show your Cavern coins per hour as higher and recommend parking, trust the math over the instinct that a higher zone is always better.

Void World is the rebirth cost milestone zone

Void is the first zone where 10,000,000 coin rebirth runs become realistic in one active session. The 5,000,000 coin unlock cost looks large, but Void pays 75,000 coins per kill, roughly 134 kills to reach 10M versus 6,667 kills in Tundra. For mid-game accounts preparing for Rebirth 1, the optimizer will typically recommend pushing toward the Void unlock rather than grinding indefinitely in Storm or Tundra.

AFK vs. active matters more in high-HP zones

In Meadow through Cavern, the kill-speed difference between active and AFK is small because enemy HP is low enough that even idle clearing keeps up. In Storm, Void, and beyond, manual combat keeps kill speed meaningfully higher, the 45% AFK factor creates a real gap. If you are running AFK sessions in Storm or above and the optimizer shows low coins per hour, switching to an active session or dropping to a lower zone for AFK overnight is the honest recommendation.

FAQ

Which world gives the most coins per hour in Slime RNG?

The highest-unlock zone you can clear efficiently is always best, but "efficiently" is the key word. Alien Hive pays 3,500,000 coins per kill but enemy HP reaches 35,000,000, so low-DPS accounts earn fewer kills per minute than in Void or Crystal Cave. The optimizer above computes your actual coins per hour in your current zone versus the next zone, so you see the real gain rather than just the raw coin-per-kill number.

When should I move to the next world in Slime RNG?

Move when the coin-per-hour gain from the new zone outweighs the unlock cost recovery time. For most accounts: push to Forest once Meadow farming feels slow (≈2,000 coins saved), Cavern once Forest feels slow (≈15,000), Tundra once Cavern stabilizes (≈100,000). The optimizer calculates your exact recovery window so you know whether moving now or grinding one more session first is the better call.

Does rebirth count change which world I should grind?

Yes, meaningfully. Each rebirth adds roughly 12% income multiplier (compounding), which changes how fast you clear enemy HP, and kill speed is the main limit on coins per hour in high-HP zones. At Rebirth 5+, Storm and Void become far more efficient than they look on unlock cost alone. The optimizer factors in your rebirth count so the zone recommendation reflects your actual account power.

Is active play or AFK farming better for coins?

Active play earns roughly 2.2× more coins per hour than AFK in tracked sessions, the biggest gap is in Storm and higher zones where manual combat keeps kill speed high. For Meadow through Cavern, the difference narrows because enemy HP is low enough that AFK clears enemies at near-full speed. The optimizer shows your AFK and active estimates side by side so you can decide whether a focused session or overnight idle fits your goal faster.

How do I calculate coins per hour in Slime RNG?

Coins per hour = coins per kill × kills per minute × 60, then multiplied by your rebirth income multiplier (≈1.12 per rebirth, compounding). Kill speed drops as enemy HP rises, so the formula needs both numbers. The optimizer above handles this math live, pick your zone, enter rebirth count, and it computes coins per minute and per hour instantly.

What is the best zone for grinding the first rebirth cost?

Void World (5,000,000 coin unlock) is the first zone where 10,000,000 coin rebirth runs become realistic in a single active session. Tundra works if Void is not unlocked yet, but it takes roughly 3 to 5× longer per rebirth cost due to lower coin density. Use the optimizer to check whether your current kills-per-minute in Tundra already justify pushing toward the Storm unlock instead.

Does luck multiplier affect coin earnings?

Luck boosts roll odds for rare slimes but does not directly change coins-per-kill or enemy HP. However, higher-rarity slimes have higher base income rates, so a luck boost that helps you get Legendary or Mythic slimes indirectly raises your coins per minute over time. For zone grinding specifically, your rebirth multiplier and kill speed matter more than luck multiplier. The optimizer includes luck as context for the full picture, but the zone verdict is primarily driven by rebirth count and play mode.
